I don't see how you intend to achieve interoperability in this manner.    (02)

Will you tell your customers that the schemas are purely advisory?    (03)

And explain to them that you have a special convention for where and
when to use href?    (04)

Is there an XP ISSUE about how href interacts with schema languages?    (05)
