Because of the "abstract message" nature, you end up defining a 
fooRequest and a fooResponse message, with foo parts, which then has a 
fooset portType with a foo operation (with said input and output 
messages), which are then incorporated by reference into port's within a 
service.  As Paul said... four copies.    (02)
