Editor-in-Chief of Dr. Dobb's Journal, my first boss, and a great friend. His DDJ bio above doesn't do him justice. Jon is a true Renaissance man and a lover of barbecue. His only flaw is that he roots for the wrong sports teams -- he once claimed he never would have hired me had he known I was a Dodgers fan -- but I never fault a man for poor taste.
